EXTRUSOR DEL PVC, EXTRUSOR DE TORNILLO GEMELO CÓNICO DEL PANEL DE PARED DEL PVC

 

COMPONENTES Y CARACTERÍSTICAS:

 

El extrusor de tornillo gemelo cónico es equipo profesional a sacar mezcla compuesta del PVC/de PVC y de madera/de pelotillas compuestas de PP/PE y de la madera. Equipado de diversa cabeza del dado, equipo rio abajo, puede ser solicitado la fabricación del tubo, del perfil, del perfil compuesto, del panel, de la hoja y de la granulación, etc…. Consiste en elementos siguientes:

  • Motor impulsor: equipado del motor famoso de la marca como conducción de fuente
  • Caja de cambios: equipado de la caja de cambios famosa de la marca para asegurar la salida máxima del poder
  • Tornillo y barril: se hace de bimetálico. La base del tornillo se equipa del dispositivo de la regulación de temperatura del aceite como medio y el barril se equipa del ventilador como dispositivo de enfriamiento. El diseño del tornillo y del barril adaptará la estructura razonable y óptima basada en las características de la fórmula de la materia prima para asegurar para conseguir la corriente de la plastificación y del derretimiento para los plásticos.
  • Sistema de control: equipado de los componentes eléctricos de la marca famosa asegure para conseguir el control exacto.
